Collison: “Burden carried by men and women of color in our country”

As the national conversation again turns its attention to police/community relations in the wake of George Floyd’s murder in Minneapolis, former Thunder legend Nick Collison spoke out today on Twitter — donating $20,000 to the NAACP and saying he’s “been inactive too long.”

Here’s Collison’s five-tweet message:

The NAACP’s purpose is to “protect voting rights, reform our criminal justice system, achieve education equity, and ensure economic justice for all.”
